BROOD is a bakery with a big passion for bread!
BROOD uses pure ingredients with respect to nature for the preparation of the products. Besides passion, time is important to bake good products.
At BROOD they use the best wheat varieties. The wheat at BROOD is brought from water catchment areas in France. The reason for this is that there are no pesticides used here. After, the wheat is grinded in a traditional Limburg mill.
The dough is made in a traditional way; it gets enough time to rise. This is of great importance for the dough to get its optimal taste. The dough is formed by hand and is baked in a stone floor oven.
BROOD is bread in all its simplicity.
